"Parker’s team has for the most part been very helpful with answering questions, getting us whatever we needed for our home & documents for our storage unit. There was 1 day I called during the first week in Aug & the guy I spoke with literally couldn’t help me with a single thing, not even telling me if our policy was set to start on 8/7 to make sure we could close on the house but that was the only event."
